Robert Thompson

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Robert Thompson is the CEO of BR Equipment LLC, where he leads the company’s operations, strategy, and growth in the used farming and construction equipment market. With a strong focus on quality, transparency, and customer trust, he oversees the entire process from equipment sourcing and inspection to sales, logistics, and after-sales support.

Under Robert’s leadership, BR Equipment LLC serves customers across all states in America, providing reliable second-hand tractors, agricultural machinery, and construction equipment. He works closely with the sales, mechanical, and logistics teams to ensure every machine meets high standards and every customer receives clear information and dependable service. Robert is committed to building long-term relationships through honest communication, efficient operations, and a hands-on approach that reflects the company’s values and dedication to professionalism.

Daniel Brooks

Marketing & Listings Specialist

Daniel Brooks is responsible for managing and presenting the inventory at BR Equipment LLC across all sales channels. He ensures that all used farming and construction equipment is accurately listed with clear descriptions, specifications, and professional images.

Working closely with the mechanics and sales team, Daniel verifies machine details and condition reports before publishing listings. He also maintains the company’s website and online platforms, keeping inventory up to date so customers can easily find reliable second-hand equipment.

Daniel’s attention to detail and focus on transparency help support efficient sales and build trust with customers across all states in America.

Refund and Returns Policy

At BR Equipment LLC, we are committed to transparency and customer confidence when purchasing used farming and construction equipment. To support this, we offer a Test, Return & Refund Warranty under the conditions outlined below.

10-Day / 35-Hour Test Period

Every customer is entitled to test the purchased equipment for:

Up to 10 calendar days from the date of delivery, or Up to 35 operating hours, whichever comes first. This test period allows the buyer to confirm proper operation and performance under normal working conditions.

Return Eligibility:

A return may be requested if :  A major mechanical issue arises that was not disclosed prior to sale The issue is reported within the test period The equipment has been operated normally and responsibly The equipment must be returned in the same condition as delivered, excluding normal wear related to testing.

Refund & Return Costs

If a return is approved, the full purchase price will be refunded No return fees or restocking charges apply.

BR Equipment LLC covers transportation costs, including:

  1. Delivery to the customer.
  2. Return transport back to our facility.
  3. All refunds are processed after inspection of the returned equipment.

What Is Not Covered This warranty does not cover:

  1. Normal wear and tear.
  2. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper operation.
  3. Damage resulting from overloading or unauthorized modifications.
  4. Consumable items (fluids, filters, belts, tires, etc.).
  5. Issues reported after the test period expires.
  6. All equipment is sold as used, and this policy does not extend beyond the stated test period.

Transport Support:

All approved returns are handled using BR Equipment LLC’s own transport trucks or authorized carriers. We manage the logistics to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process for the customer.
